Johnny's Summary

Oh, Festival Betances, you had me at greased pole contest. The oldest Latino festival in New England is free, with a procession, music, and dancing. So how religious is this? I like words like 'parade', not 'procession'. - , 100 W Dedham Street, Boston, MA, Boston, MA. 617-927-1717.
