2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

They burned our ships and stole our rum! The historic 1814 British raid on Essex comes to life in Essex Village.

2-3 PM - Sailing Masters of 1812 Commemoration Parade

Fife & Drum Corps parade from Town Hall to the foot of Main Street for a commemoration ceremony and muster.

3-5 PM - CRM Waterfront Activities

Team row boat races, re-enactors and maritime games on the Museum's docks and lawn.

5-8 PM - CRM Burning of the Fleet Storytelling

Join CRM staff in the Burning of the Fleet exhibit for a special program of storytelling. Reduced admission of $5 per person includes complimentary snacks and soft drink. Rum and ale cash bar.

8:00 PM - Regency Ball at Town Hall. More information at www.sailingmasters.org.
