Earth Week: On the Move!
Tuesday, 4/17/2012 - Friday, 4/20/2012 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Free with EcoTarium admission
Float, fly and roll your way to a fun vacation week, as you explore how things move across air, land and water. Learn how nature inspires movement technology, harness the wind to make a vessel move, and much more! Interactive activities and demonstrations will be scheduled throughout each day. EcoTarium Earth Week culminates with the museum's annual Earth Day Festival with half price admission for everyone.
It's Back! Passport to the Universe, the popular film, narrated by actor Tom Hanks, returns to the EcoTarium's Alden Digital Planetarium on April 17. Take a fascinating ride from Earth to the outskirts of the universe and enjoy the epic beauty of space like never before. Produced by the American Museum of Natural History, in collaboration with NASA.
