Johnny's SummaryOOB365 Presents Winter Carnival in Old Orchard Beach
OOB365 in cooperation with the Town of Old Orchard Beach, has planned a community event celebrating winter and bringing families together. The event takes place between February 24th and February 25th.
The Winter Carnival kicks off Friday, February 24th with sledding down Old Orchard Street from 5-8pm along with music. Saturday the action continues downtown from 10-4pm with sledding down Old Orchard Street, kids games, music, sled time-trials, snow tube racing & other crazy winter fun. You do not want to miss the Human Dog Sled Race! Put a team together and register to compete. There will be a happy hour pub crawl on Saturday at 5:30PM. It is a walking pub tour that starts at The Bell Buoy. Places will be offering a discount on beverages with your Winter Carnival button.
This event allows the citizens of Old Orchard Beach and area towns to come downtown and enjoy a few days of fun and camaraderie. This is one of a series of events put on by OOB365.
Buttons will be available for $10 at Board Silly, JJ’s Eatery Too, and MacDonald’s Garage. Adults will need a button to sled & for the pub crawl. Kids sled for free without a button.
