The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum is dedicated to reliving the historic night of the Boston Tea Party. The museum will be a multilayered experience that will feature interactive exhibits, live historical performance, and historical artifacts. The site will also feature 3 historically accurate colonial ships which our guests will be free to explore.
We are looking to create an ensemble of actors to portray historical characters throughout the experience and to serve as hosts to our guests as they explore the attraction. Each actor will perform multiple roles. Must be comfortable working with and leading large groups of people. Prior performance experience, experience in improvisation, and an interest in history strongly preferred.
Full Time positions available. Part-time (seasonal positions) also available. Very competitive hourly wage with benefits available for full-time cast members. Mainly daytime work. Some evening hours may be available for special events. Paid training begins early April, with the attraction opening June 25th, 2012.
